Have two thirds senior leadership, and/or Board of Directors identify as First Nations, Métis and or Inuit people.

Be able to define how they are verifying Indigenous ancestry.

Have agreements in place with the land-based First Nations they are serving

Engage the First Nations you serve in a way that honours their self-determination

Be rooted in Indigenous history and values.

Have their programs delivered by Indigenous people;6=Follow formal protocols with Indigenous communities
